Beginnings 03:35
In The Beginning In the beginning before time had a clock Before light had a day and before darkness had wrapped up a night There was you. In my beginning before I had shape or Arms and legs and ears and eyes Before I had stretched out my limbs And found my thumb or yawned Before I had been observed by mans clever inventions You had scanned my tiny little life and my beginning The very nature of me had been hidden in your heart For I began in you How incredible, your love It weaves and pulls each thread of humanness together Each hair is placed each finger print is drawn A genetic code is written once for all unique. Amazing life You are the architect You have plans for the landscapes of our lives Each precious life to you a treasure Individual and exquisite in design And it is only you, who breathes the breath of life into a form The mystery of the spirit You assign my beginning And you receive me on my departing You are the present and you are the completion. First Love 04:03
We need to spend some time together you and I. Oh I know you are always busy- but I miss you. There was a time when a moment in my arms would leave you breathless and in a whirl, but now that moment becomes an intrusion in your busy schedule. What happened? How did our relationship become so passé and so bland? Your heart would miss a beat when I surprised you with my presence and time together was not dulled by necessity or predictability. It’s not as though you don’t love me anymore, because I know you do- you forget I know you so well. It takes time and effort - oh I don’t mean the drudgery of going over familiar ground - I mean taking a step back, listening, making time to listen. Tell me about your day, I want to know. Do not assume that because we know each other well that you do not need to talk to me, tell me your thoughts, your feelings, your hopes and doubts. Do not allow our love to become bland, predictable, accepting it as it is. Remember how it was at first - we are so much further on now you and I. We can be more intimate, more open - trust me more. For you I have been broken hearted, for you I have been patient, strong and loyal. For you I have love, I have not changed. Do not be robbed by the great pretender. Pretence only breeds disillusionment. So let us be honest and you will find that I am the same. Let me once again be your first love. It is not in doing, but in being. Tricia Richards

Face to Face 03:57
FACE TO FACE. When at last you and I meet, and we stand face to face, There will be nothing between us as we embrace. All will have been said, all will have been done, Some battles lost, but the battle won! When at last, I audibly hear you call my name, And with that the knowledge, That all that I have been through, And all that I have done is known by you, Then there will be nothing between us as we embrace. When at last I lay this earthly garment that is my body, aside And receive all that you have stored for me in heaven, Then there will be nothing between us as we embrace, Hand in hand and face to face, My Jesus. My Jesus. So until then, we focus on you, And yield these fragile earthly lives, to your Holy and immeasurable greatness. May we touch heaven, And may heaven touch earth through us In every moment and with every breath. May our cries open your heart to this world, Until we meet, Hand in hand and face to face, Jesus Hand in hand and face to face Jesus.
